Upholds Kaiser Permanentes Policies and Procedures, Principles of Responsibilities and applicable state, federal and local laws
Answer and screen telephone calls
Takes messages or relay information according to procedures
Maintains various departmental activity logs, records, and forms
Maintains department files
Establish new files and file documents according to procedures
Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail
Prepares outgoing mail
Order and maintain office supplies
Photocopy and collate materials
Responds to requests for information as directed
Establishes and maintains courteous, cooperative relations with the public, patients and other personnel
Performs other related duties as requested
