"I purchased a sewing machine for my mother for Christmas and needed to return it. Found out there is a $25 restocking fee even if it was only 3 hours later and box unopened. Spoke to several employees about purchasing the sewing machine for my mother and unsure if she would be able to work a mechanical one. Not one mention about the return policy/restocking fee."

"This place has a huge selection of cloth, and I mean huge. Service was nice, but no one seemed all that knowledgeable and there weren't any sewing services. A bit expensive, but a great military discount. I'll definitely be back and recommend."
