We were very happy with our experience at Dr. Lucas's office. Everyone from the receptionist to the nurses to Dr. Lucas himself were all very pleasant, friendly, and Dr. Lucas was very good at explaining my son's condition and what to expect moving forward. Highly recommend.

Find another pediatric cardiologist cause he is the rudest and most arrogant man I e ever met

The appointment took too long. We were left in the room waiting for nearly an hour to get an echo.

The reception desk was a little vague on, like, when we walked up that it was cardiology. They were just like, oh, yeah, this is cardiology. So it would be best if there was some kind of indication that you were in the right area because it did not show when you first walked up that that was the actual cardiology area. So a sign indicating cardiology would be great because we were a little confused. The provider, Dr. Lucas, was fantastic. He was a fantastic doctor, very informative, very friendly, great bedside manner. I would definitely trust him again if I had any other questions for my child. And I would definitely recommend him as a cardiologist. He was he was a fantastic doctor.

Dr. Lucas went above and beyond to even take some preemie clothes we were trying to donate to NICU. We love him!

I would like to see the doctor on call. I understand that wasn't present, but at least if we can see a video on the doctor on call, they can present themselves and at least say what the procedure that's going to be done. Because as a parent, we'd like to see the provider, even if it's on call. And something that you guys did notice, yes, everybody was very pleasant. The facility was clean, very quick, no waiting time. That was a very great experience. Thank you.

Dr. Lucas was absolutely phenomenal. He took his time with us, answered all of our questions and was incredibly thorough and gracious.

Everyone was so kind- practices and customer service are hardwired. Dr Lucas was very informative- explained the visit and tests, Loren the Echo tech was excellent at explaining the procedure. Everyone from start to finish was exceptional and informed us along the way. Great Job!
