Hello Everyone
Ive been searching through this fourm and others related to the scaled 22LR gatling gun prints. It appears that the owner of RG-G has passed away and his plans are now longer available? Ive also read that the alternative plans from D&E are available but may now work as well when completed due to design issues.
Does anyone have plans available?
Also any suggestions on which plans would produce the most reliable gun in the end would be appreciated.
Thanks

Look for a design that has a mechanical feed. The gravity feed designed for the immense .45-70 cartridge does not scale well to the diminutive .22 LR.

Yes I think I have it narrowed down the version that I want to build but cannot find the plans anymore... This is already going to be an expensive long duration project so I an not looking forward to trying to design everything from the ground up...
It's a shame to see these plans disappear with the owner.

I found them, they do not say anywhere easy what the caliber is, I will start going through them tomorrow and see what I can learn, it is an inch tall stack and I am too tired to care, I found my easy chair and a bottle of old vine zin

Ok, I only have .22lr, I do not know where the other set went, they may turn up yet. They appear complete and in good shape including the carriage and instructions.
What I do not have is the time and energy to do anything with them at this time. How about I send them to you to do whatever you wish to do with them, copy, digitize, share, sell, whatever, just return them for my "one day" project pile?

I have no printing facility's, I would have to find someone to do it. How big are the sheets and how many pages?

I didn't measure them but it looks like 15 that are aprx 2' x 3' and about 40 @ 8.5 x 11

Let me see what options I have for digitizing them before I commit to being the one in charge.
But tentatively, yes, I would be interested in doing that.

There is some chatter that the plans are not entirely correct but there is a forum pointing out the flaws

As far as I know the D&E plans are still available from the widow of the guy that built it originally. Little surprised that so many guys are on board for free plans.

I was told the D&E doesn't feed right but have no direct experience with either one other than owning these. I doubt they will be free, likely cost plenty to print or digitize

I'd be interested in a copy of those plans.
