The New York Urban League will host its 36th annual Historically Black Colleges and Universities Fair on Saturday, November 11, 2023, at Denny Farrell Riverbank State Park in Manhattan.1010 WINS' Sharon Barnes-Waters spoke to Arva Rice, CEO & President of the New York Urban League who said that over 40 HBCU'S will be in attendance and several schools will offer on-site admissions and waive fees for qualifying students.
